Stability Design of Air Vibration Isolation Device for a High Power Density Main Engine

چکیده

In order to improve the alignment stability of air vibration isolation device a high-powered main engine, we established mechanical model for system and analyzed deviation decoupling conditions system. Additionally, an optimized design method dual-direction support isolators positioned symmetrically on engine was proposed. The resultant showed that when compared conventional inclined springs engines onboard ships, proposed in this paper could eliminate adverse effect output torque reaction decouple reduce number peaks frequency response vertical force transmission. effectively performance tilted or swinging operating maintain good single spring fails. A failure mainly affects under torque, especially arranged corner, while middle have no effect. also performance. This is important devices high power density engines.
